Provincial Inc.,Construction services has completed two construction projects over the last several years at our Ocean City property. The first was a major renovation of our 7 year old single family home to repair water infiltration damage caused by Super Storm Sandy and the second was the installation of an upgrade floor, from carpeting to a Pergo-like laminated product. Both jobs were performed expertly.
The water infiltration project was a major undertaking that included removal of leaking/damaged exterior siding, flashing, roofing, trim, framing, windows and doors, as well as some interior drywall and paint work. Provincial worked quickly, cleanly and with great respect not only for our personal belongings but of our peace of mind during the entire process. They kept us well informed, answered our myriad of questions and gave us back our home in a much more weather-proof condition then when it was constructed by our original builder The flooring upgrade project was a much smaller scale job but because we were very specific about the product we wanted, Provincial diligently sought out the product, provided several samples and then supplied and installed the flooring we chose quickly, Cleanly and professionally.
We highly recommend Provincial for any construction project you are contemplating. Their tradesmen are very talented, their supervisory personnel are excellent communicators and the finished products provincial delivers are always of the highest quality.
